Our Fees
We work on a performance basis.
If we don’t achieve any saving for you – you don’t pay us a penny!
The more we save you – the more we earn! So it is really in our interests to get your rent as low as possible.
We charge 50% of the difference between the rent quoted in your landlord’s initial Rent Review Notice and the finally agreed rent.
For example, if your landlord proposes a rent of £25,000 per annum – and at the end of our negotiations the rent is settled at £20,000 – then you pay us 50% of the first year’s saving ie £2,500.
Remember the fee is based on the first year’s saving and you do not pay us anything for subsequent years.
All fees are subject to VAT.
Our Payment Terms
We will submit our invoice to you at the same time as sending you the Rent Review Memorandum stating the new rent for your signature.
